With 20+ years corporate commercial experience, I help clients clarify goals and work through whatever is hindering progression. So, whether you are a professional realigning your career, an entrepreneur with an idea or a founder looking to scale a business, we use a three step framework to guide how I work with a client:

Coaching

Unclear about what you are trying to achieve? Questioning yourself and your decision making? Coaching sessions can help you get clarity on your purpose and priorities, as well as hold you accountable, ensuring your are constantly moving forward. Be that a new career path, getting a new business off the ground, or establishing a more robust sales and partnership strategy.

Validation 

Have you really assessed what your clients or prospects really value, and don't value, from your product offering? Are you really clear on your ideal customer, and your narrative that resonates with them? Have you done significant due diligence to uncover the external and internal dynamics which may help or hinder progressing a partnership? If you feel light in these areas, and many do, then it might be worth creating a customised validation project to generate this crucial insight. 

New Business & Partnerships

So, you're clear on your vision. You've done detailed customer / market analysis, now it's time to generate revenue. Got a solid business development strategy in place? Or are you responding to a variety of inbound leads yet left wondering why few turn into long term pillar clients? Maybe your sales strategy is reliant on the founders' network rather than a longer term strategy.
