I work with clients on a monthly retainer and we agree the right cadence for our BD strategy sessions. These typically are either every two weeks or monthly. 

During these sessions, we evaluate your goals and current status, map out initiatives for reaching key milestones and develop clear action points are for your team. We evaluate progress at the next session and discuss best next steps. This might be expanding or amending the current initiative or pivoting through a different phase or idea. 

The feedback from small business owners to having an experienced commercial partner to sound board, sense check initiatives, curate new programs and get clarity on strategy, is really positive.
